Grekkon Limited’s pressure compensated drip lines maintain the same output at varying water inlet pressures. A pressure compensating drip emitters (PC) have the same output over uneven terrain, distance of supply, and varying inlet flows. Pressure compensated drippers facilitate controlled watering, as each dripper performs to a controlled flow rate. Our common flow rate for pressure compensating drippers is 1L per hour. This allows easy calculation of water irrigated over a given period. It is an efficient way of irrigation that reduces the risk of of over, or under watering. It’s wide filtration area improves resistance to clogging. This makes it highly resistant when using low quality water, reducing filtration requirements. This increases filtration efficiency
The price of our pressure compensated drip lines is Kes 40.50 per meter
Our price for pressure compensating online drippers is Kes 15 per unit
The pressure to a drip emitter varies according to slope and length of the drip line. On a slope, the emitters on the lower end of the slope will have higher pressure. This will result in a higher discharge. Along the drip line on a flat surface, emitters closer to the main line have a higher output. These are the characteristics of a none-PC emitter.

The price of our none-pressure compensated drip lines is Kes 8 per meter
Our price for none-PC pressure compensating button drippers is Kes 15 per unit
PC drip emitters have the same output irrespective of slope, or length. The difference in output between a PC and none-PC dripper is 10% to 15%. They simplify the designing of an irrigation system and are rarely clogged. So they maintenance cost is lower.
