    • Hi guys, i am in Zimbabwe, do you supply greenhouses outside Kenya? I wanted 2 of 240sqm greenhouses with irrigation piping included.

    • I would like to enquire about the solar dryers
For example, If I am planting tomatoes and chili can I dry them same time?
After drying , do I also need a special storage facility?

      • Good evening Mwende,

Yes. Our solar dryers for tomato in Kenya will dry chilli concurrently. You do not need special storage for dried food. Keep it away from moisture.

    • My farm is 33mx48 metres,,please give the the quotation of drip lines i will like to buy..the farm is 5 meters from the water source tank..Exclude tank from the quotation coz i have already bought a 3000 ltrs tank

    • hi, i want to irrigate a farm from a river which is 2km away, there is piping which has been done at 1.5km .. estimated head is max 10m... which pump can i use?

      • Good morning Gladwell,

Your choice of irrigation water pump will depend on the size of the farm (amount of water required), and the size of your pies from the river. For that horizontal distace, We recommend choosing form our range of diesel water pumps with either a 2'', 3" and 4" outlet pipe diameter.

See Grekkon Limited's diesel water pump prices and specs in this link, then avice us on your preference: https://grekkon.com/diesel-water-pump-prices-in-kenya/

        • thankyou for this. we require 10,000l/day for irrigation, and the piping has 3'' pipes that have been done 1.5km from the river, so i require an extension of 500m to reach the farm... Will i have to reduce the pipeline diameter lets say to 2'' or it will not affect the pressure? Also, preferable pump is a solar pump

          • Good afternoon Gladwell,

The reduction on your irrigation pipes depends on pressure loss. If you're loosing it, then yes. If not, then it's unnecessary.

For the solar water pump price and type, we need to understand the elevation to determine the right one.

            • good morning, lets assume pressure losses have been included in the total head of the main pipeline. total elevation
